Notes:

Ensure you enter the email address we sent your course confirmation email to.

Please note that the maximum document size is 5MB and we request that documents are submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.

Any submissions made in Pages (.pages) will not be processed.

Once you have submitted your work, you will receive a confirmation email that it has been received and assigned for marking within 24 to 48 hours. This may take a little longer if submitted outside of business hours.


Re-marking / Re-submissions:

Please be aware that any re-submission will carry a re-marking fee. The remarking fee is £15 for a worksheet and £25 for a case study.

After resubmitting your work, please contact the office on 0203 994 9550 (option 3) to pay the remarking fee. Work will not be assigned to an assessor for marking until payment has been received.

Please click on the 'Re-submission' checkbox if you are re-submitting work.

Any documents submitted for re-marking, should contain the word 'resubmission' in the document file name.
